Calling all k-6 artists! It’s time to learn and create with clay at the James Memorial Art Center in Williston.

Clay Camp is a fun 5 part class to learn and create 3 unique pieces of pottery.

Cost is $75/Member. $80/Not-Yet-Member. Cost includes all classes and supplies. Must attend all classes. Classes are held from 4:00pm - 5:30pm except for August 29, which is 4:00pm - 5:00pm.

August 1st- Pinch Pot Monsters! Make your own crazy monster.
August 8th- Special Spoons! Create a special spoon just for you.
August 15th- Create a Creature! Assemble your favorite creature.
August 22- Creature Glazing! Bring your creature to life.
August 29- Pick up Party! 4:00-5:00 pm class time.

Bullet Journaling Class is back at the James this month. Another chance to learn to get yourself organized. Great class to take if you missed the first one or take it if you took the first one to continue your journaling along with Belinda. The course is for high school age through adult. (Bring your own journal).  You must be preregistered so sign up today at thejamesmemorial.org

Bullet Journaling is Thursday, July 27th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Create August journal and planner spreads. A visual, personalized way to keep track of information, explore creativity, brainstorm ideas, and keep track of inspiration. They can be easily personalized for different purposes and goals based on each person's needs.

July Open Mic Night is Friday, July 21 at 6:00pm. Bring your talent! The James is hosting an outdoor open mic summer party featuring a variety of live entertainment, food trucks, youth sidewalk chalk contest with great prizes, and face painting.

They encourage you to bring your lawn chair or spread out a blanket, enjoy the local talent and support local food trucks! This event is free and open to the public! No preregistration required to perform.

No Game Night on Saturday, July 22nd due to a private rental of the facility. Game night will be back on August 12th. Remember game night is a free all ages event. Stop by and join in a game or bring your favorite game to share.
