Williston Sports & Rec Show Is Just Around The Corner

The Williston Convention & Visitors Bureau is hosting their 36th annual Sports & Rec Show March 17-19, 2023 at the Raymond Family Community Center.

This show always has something for everyone. Boats, pontoons, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, campers, bikes, golf carts, grills and more!

Head upstairs for a ton of commercial booths. Clothing, knives, hunting excursions, art and food too.

What sets this show apart is they plan for everyone. It's a great place to go and look and the latest and greatest while seeing something different as well. Birds, butterflies, trout fishing and informative seminars are just a few things that come to mind.

This year, something unique is coming to Williston. We don't often see these furry little critters here, although surveys indicate that otters are recolonizing rivers and streams in North Dakota, with their primary distribution again along the Red River and its tributaries.

The Otter Adventure is coming to Williston! I am sooo looking forward to this! Who does not like otters? Other fun activities are getting finalized, so watch for more announcements soon.

The event runs all weekend. Come hungry because there's a bunch of food options! Remember, there is a nominal charge at the door, and a portion is donated back to the Williston Police Association for helping at the event. Mark your calendar now, and make plans to attend.
