The Richland County Fair and Rodeo Promises Lots of Fun August 2-5 in Sidney, Montana

A fun time is guaranteed at the 2023 Richland County Fair & Rodeo, which runs from August 2–5. Fair buttons, concert tickets, and rodeo tickets are available at the fair office; buttons are also available at local banks.

Be sure to visit the carnival, and browse the more than 100 booths that will be set up within and outside the venue.

A daily schedule of free entertainment will be held. This year at the fair the kids can be part of the entertainment competing in the kid's pedal tractor pull.

Pippi the Clown and Buster the Baby T-Rex are two examples of strolling performers. Three times a day, for an hour at a time, Buster and his handler will stroll through the fairgrounds.

There will be a proud display of 4-H exhibits. Baking, photography, sewing, seed pictures, school exhibits, and more.

The MAGIC BEAN is an agriculture magic show that tours coast to coast through North America that will be coming to the Richland County Fair & Rodeo this year! You can catch 3 shows a day.

The freestyle motocross event by 406 FMX will wow the crowd on Wednesday, August 2, and tickets are only $15. The audience will witness motorcycle jumps, snowmobile leaps, and a backflipping UTV during the course of 90 minutes.

Naturally, there will be rodeos on Thursday and Friday nights. On Friday, it's "Tough Enough to Wear Pink," so attendees are encouraged to do so to support cancer awareness and donate money for research.

Kip Moore Live at the 2023 Richland County Fair & Rodeo

This year's concert event will take place on Saturday night with country musician Kip Moore as the headliner. On April 28, he dropped his album "Damn Love" and two new singles.

Chancey Williams, a songwriter and singer of neo-traditional country music, will open. The Wyoming native was voted Entertainer of the Year for the 2022 Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards. Williams also received Album of the Year for "3rd Street," which he co-produced with country music star Trent Wilmon, and Songwriter of the Year for "The Saint." Songs from his most recent album "One of These Days" will be performed.
