Guy Fieri's TV show, "Best Diners Drive-Ins and Dives" on the Food Network is pretty popular.  In fact, the couple of times I have watched it I've almost gone into a diabetic coma salivating over the cuisine on the show.

I love food.  Who doesn't right?  Even though it seems like my family goes out to eat less and less every year, I personally still love the feeling of going out to eat at a restaurant.  Whether it's a fancy nice place, a small town dive, or anyplace in between, it's all good.

According to an article on Delish, they compiled a list of the best of the best in each state from the Food Networks' Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.  The most Guy Fieri "worthy" place to dine in North Dakota is a place I've never been to, even though I've been to the city a lot.

North Dakota's best, according to Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives is Blackbird Woodfire.

This pizzeria in Fargo, North Dakota uses a wood-fired oven that gives its pizza a perfect crust.  Just ask Guy Fieri who recommends the sausage and apple pizza when he visited the pizza joint.  The restaurant is known for its inventive toppings on a pizza.  I can't say I've ever heard of anybody adding an apple to a pizza but It doesn't sound half bad.

Blackbird Woodfire in Fargo, North Dakota is located at 206 Broadway North.  Next time you are in Fargo for a Bison football game it might be worth a look.
